The Soundproofing Store's Unique Delivery Service

What sets our deliveries apart from other companies

Soundproofing is all about adding mass, so the most effective soundproofing solutions contain a lot of very heavy and large construction materials. Therefore, the delivery of The Soundproofing Store's materials are carried out on a double pallet, as these materials aren't something that can be just parcelled and posted out.

Delivery is carried out by The Soundproofing Store's dedicated delivery service, not a 3rd party pallet haulage service, (as is the case with the majority of other companies). This has huge benefits to our customers:
  • Our transport team are an extension of The Soundproofing Store, going the extra mile in terms of customer service and delivery
  • Goods are packaged and delivered by members of our team, not by third parties or haulage companies. This means more care and accountability and importantly, minimises the risk of damaged goods

In our experience of using 3rd party pallet network services in the past, we know from experience that the ratio of late, or failed deliveries and damages is very high.

The Soundproofing Store's aim is to ensure a seamless experience from the time of discussing your noise problem to receiving the goods and everything in between. Including expert advice and first class communication leading up to the safe delivery of the materials.

Adding resilience to the brick wall with ReductoClips allows the wall to flex and absorb vibrations, much like a car’s suspension system smooths out road bumps. To block airborne noise, heavy, dense materials like FlexiSound and Acoustic Plasterboard are added. For optimal soundproofing of a solid brick party wall, the ReductoClip Independent Wall System offers a outstanding solution, combining key soundproofing elements for maximum noise reduction.
